Hi all,
This might seem like a stupid question but I have yet to figure it out. If I'm in Page Design View for Report Studio and go to insert a Query's Properties window I can never f figure out how to get back out to Page Design View. In the menu, View --> Page Design View option is always grayed out.

If I follow where you are in the interface, there are two ways to "get back".
From the menus, select View > Report Pages, then double-click your page.
There are some vertical tabs between the panels on the far left and the middle (assuming you've not moved that panel to the right). If you hover over them, you get little flyouts for page, query, and "condition explorers". When you hover over the pages explorer, you can move your pointer right and down until you can click on your page, which will take you back.
We all ask stupid questions - that's how we learn. ;D

You have no need to be embarrassed. It took me a while to realize that the oval thing with a wire that plugged in to my computer was a mouse, not a foot pedal ;)
