Does anyone know if any way to enable updating the smtp queue metrics in cognos content store? We have had issues with the delivery service getting "stuck" and having dozens of reports that are intended to be delivered by e-mail queuing up and I would like a way to have the NC_Metrics table updated regularly by cognos so that it's value will be reported in the scorecard in the admin console.
