Title: Rows per page oddness
Post by: Robl on 21 Apr 2015 09:35:34 AM
I have a report.
There are two blocks, one above each other,  each 10 cm high with a list in each block.
The lists each contain 300 rows of data.

I have set each list to allow "500 rows per page".

When I run the report I still get a page break between the blocks.
I can change this by "Run, Run Options, Rows per page".
But this doesn't seem to save.
Is there any way to make the report do what I want it to do?

I'm sure I've done this in the past without any problems, and I'm wondering if there's a new "feature" in 10.2 that's tripping me up.
Any help gratefully received.
Virtual pints and eternal gratitude are awaiting anyone who can help me.

Try File > Report Properties and set the dropdown to "No" for "Page break by data container for interactive HTML".

I think that will do it.

I've just tried that.
It's doesn't fix it.

UPDATE
This is fixed,

It was a bit like bdbits suggested;
Try File > Report Properties and set the dropdown to "No" for "Page break by data container for interactive HTML".

But instead of 'No' I had to choose 'Yes'.

Possibly some sort of bug or poorly worded label I guess.
