We have a report that gives an "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" error when you navigate to its folder in the Public Folders tab of Cognos Connection and click on the report link. However, if you use the "Run with options" action button to the right of the link and hit OK it runs without error. Also, if you open the report in Report Studio and run it from there it runs without error. As far as we know, no other Cognos reports (and we have many) are having this problem. Any ideas?
Completely a wild guess here, but is there a saved version? Perhaps an image or some other external reference in saved output is referencing an item that it does not currently have permission to access, but did at the time the version was saved.
