My reporting requirement is for a ticker in active report that displays "Live" content.
Think about something like a stock ticker at the bottom of the active report dashboard.
I realize that the nature of MHTM file is to be consumed offline, but I am wondering if someone has ideas how to create a hybrid of offline content together with some live data.
Please note that my issue is not how to create a ticker, I have that part figured out!

In case anyone is interested, I found the answer to my own question:
I was able to place an iFrame in active report and load the live content from the website.
This does run within the MHT file with no issues.

I would not have guess an iframe would work inside an MHT.

For future people (Hi future people! Do you have wireless electricity yet?), just one caveat with this excellent method: It will not work properly if the AR is consumed from an off-line device.
