What sort of thing are you looking for? You can send a report output via email by clicking on the blue play arrow, then clicking on the advanced options and choosing Run in the background...but that's effectively a mini schedule that's just run once.

Without Scheduling, is there any other option available?

Hi Naveen,

Could you please elaborate your requirement ? scheduling is an automated way for sending out reports. you can send reports to recipients via email and using directory bursting.

QuoteI have to send the report to recipient/users

A one-off send, or at regular intervals?
A single report, or several?
By email, or by some other technique, and if so, which?
How many recipients?
In which format(s)?

As said before, schedule just automate a report by sending or running.

If you try to send a report via email for example, more options are required like burst.
Pls tell us what you wanna do.

Let's not confuse the issue. You can email reports without using bursting. You can burst reports without using email, to a network location for example. The two are completely independent.
