Hi,
when I want to render any report studio report a blank screen appears at the mobile url.
active reports or workspaces are working.
Any suggestions on that ?

I am also having the same issue, are you able to resolve this issue if yes please tell me the steps to overcome it thank you.
We are just beginning to use Cognos Mobile Apps. I am using an Ipad and the Mobile App, however, when I try to run the report, I get a quick message that says "Report is running in background" but then no report is rendered - I only see a blank page.
Googling the issue has produced a result set of other users with the same issue but no real solution.
Can anyone assist?
