I have installed IBM Cognos BI for developer 10.2.0 trial version. Now I need to try how the integration works between cognos BI and Oracle webcenter portlet.

I need to pre-installed IBM Cognos Connection first.
The problem is I cannot find any trial version for IBM Cognos Connection. Can any one help?

Cognos Connection is the web portal bundled in with every instance of Cognos 10 BI. If you have installed Cognos 10 BI you already have Cognos Connection - it is the place you end up at when connecting to the Cognos URL from your browser.
