Title: Unable to see the report studio report by a specific user

The user is able to see the folder and subfolders but not the report present inside.(10.2.1)

Which properties in capability should we check to have access to see the report studio reports.
He must have only access to run the reports.
The report user has capabilities added in cognos viewer and the folder in which the report is present.

Any help is appreciated.

Read, Execute, and for folders Traverse should do what you want. I would not try to set/override permissions on the individual objects, put them on the folders.

You can use MetaManager's Free User Access Viewer to impersonate this user and see the content store permissions from this user's perspective.  This might help identify if the security is set incorrectly.  You can see the tool and download it here:
