I have an event studio alert that runs a report and emails it based on a condition. There isn't much data in the system (35 records) so processing time should not take long at all. When I look at the admin panel I see that the report is kicked off right away (takes 1 sec). However, there is an hour before the email is kicked off and sent (3 seconds).
So when I kick off the event, it takes an hour to receive the email with the report. Why is this? How can I determine why there is an hour between when the report is run/complete and when the email is sent?
