Title: Missing icons in Planner

Hi,

After installing the Performance Modeler via the Planner web application I have run the performance Modeler and imported an Application.

After Restarting my Server and going back into the planner Web application the Performance Modeler icon plus others disappeared.

Did anyone else have this problem in the past? and how did you solce it?

Are you using the same host name as when you installed Planner? Is it possible the install was dome using the server's IP address and it has since changed?

I found that when I installed PM via planner I then had to allow the user to have ADMIN or DATA ADMIN rights through Architect
