Title: issues Cognos 10.2.1 with Planning 10.1.1

I upgraded Cognos BI version from 10.1.1 to 10.2.1

Everything is going ok, except for an issue in a part of planning 10.1.1 FP3, when I try to open any application it looks like this (see attachment)

If anyone knows how to fix this, I'll be very grateful
