We are upgrading from 8 to 10.2 in a parallel environment to our current production system. I've configured things in our new environment and upgraded the content store database upon configuration. My question is: When we cut over to this new upgraded environment, how do I get the most recent content over to the c10 contentstore database?
Is exporting the content store and public folders using the content administration tasks within Cognos the best way to do this? Would I export the content store from production and then import it and the content into our newly upgraded Cognos 10 contentstore database?
