Hello

I have been asked to provide figures behind powerplay usage
Individuals create a and save reports
We need to know how many of these reports are actively in use (say from 1st Jan 2015)

Standard Report Studio reports are fairly easy (using Audit log)
Powerplay on the other hand is proving difficult
I'm aware of the logs that are generated but I can't go through loads of pages to get an answer
Is there a simpler way?

It's part of an all round Cognos usage assessment

Hello collierd,
There are some audit tables created for powerplay usage, in your audit database.

COGIPF_POWERPLAY
COGIPF_POWERPLAY_DIM_USAGE
COGIPF_POWERPLAY_MEASURE_USAGE

Won't these work?
