Hi All,

Recently we migrated from tomcat to websphere for cognos 10.2.1 FP4
But after migration, whenever any report is run or a package or report is opened in Report Studio,
I am getting below errors. Please suggest if someone has any suggestion:

XQEError encountered : DPR-ERR-2002 Unable to execute the request because there was no connections to process available within the configure time limit.

The strange thing is, I am the only user testing the environment and this is happening for any report I try to execute. Apart from that, when I move the cognos back to Tomcat and try any report, it works fine without giving any error.

If anyone has any idea what could be the issue.

Hi Nishant,

Thanks for the document. I already changed the value from 240 to 480. But it did not help.
If there is any other suggestion. Please let me know.
