Title: Error Logging Into Insight Client

I have admin rights both on my Cognos BI cluster and TM1 server, but when I open a local version of the Insight client, and click the Action button in the top right and "Connect to IBM Cognos TM1...", I always get the error message: "Unable to log on." after entering my credentials.

I've tried logging into the Insight client on the TM1 server using my credentials and receive the same error. I've checked with several co-workers and I'm the only one having issues logging in.

I don't think it's a privilege issue because logging into the TM1 Applications web-based portal and selecting "Open Cognos Insight - Connected" on a cube successfully launches the cube in my local Insight client.

I've enabled logging through the provagent.ini and cognosrcp.ini files, but can't find anything relevant in the logs.

I'd appreciate any ideas or tips to help me understand what's causing this.
