HI Cognos Gurus !
We have got about 500 odd reports scheduled in the night in Upfront. Most often, some reports take longer than usual, and there is no way we can track which reports they are. :( :(
Is there any log which gets saved somewhere in the directory which can say which report kicked off at what time, and how much time it took to finish ... Like simply Start and End date... ??? ???
Let me know if you need more information on our process.
Have you tried to audit the usage.
If you log into the configuration manager and look at the 'Auditing' property under the IWR ->Server folder you can specify the location of the audit files.
The audit files produce a wealth of information

Thanks a lot for the right direction and information. I have got loads of information now. Also seen that there are some pre-defined IMRs which can do the reporting for all I need. All I need to do is configure a DataSource and update in the Server Adm Tool (Reports)..
