Hi. I have a problem. After installation Cognos Express I open Express Manager. The link in browser opens but the page does not load. Screenshot in attachment.
Tried on Windows 7 64b, Windows 8.1 64b, Windows Server 2008 R2 64b
Firewall is disabled
Maybe I need some programs before I install Cognos Express?
What is the problem?

Is the hostname getting resolved? What happens if you replace it with localhost, or the IP address of your machine?
