Title: Unable to load Saved workspace/Business Insight Cognos 10.1.1

We are able to create a New Workspace and save it to the Directory.     
WHen we try to open the already saved WorkSpace it shows Loading but   
never loads the Workspace.

This is what we tried:
I created a workspace with just a text Item from toolBox Widgets,     
Added a text "Hello World" saved and .. couldn't open.     

Any help would be greatly appreciated

What browser are you using? That smacks of the sort of things I've seen when using an unsupported browser, e.g. a lot of things do not work in Chrome. If you are in IE11, try adding your Cognos site to compatibility mode.

Is this Insight-now-named-Workspace or is it Insight the desktop tool? Sorry, cannot remember when the name changed. But there are some server things you have to do to open saved Insight-the-desktop-tool sessions from Cognos Connection.

I am using IE9, even in firefox the same problem.

i am using Cognos version 10.1.1.. its called here as Business insight. In 10.2 onwards name changed as workspace.

No its not desktop client tool.. it opens in browser.
Any settings need to be changed?

No the browser Insight should not require any special configuration.

I am sorry I cannot help much more than that as I don't have an IE9 machine available here to try things out. You might want to give support a try.
