Title: changing report viewer toolbar color using system.xml file

Hello
I need to change report viewer for every report,?Instead of using XML in HTML Item I want to change system.xml file.

You don't really change the system.xml file in order to skin Cognos 10.

Can you please elaborate  which file I need to change or how to add theme designer in gateway URL

Theme designer is not compatible with cognos 10.2.

The second link to theme designer is entitled "IBM Cognos Theme Designer Tool for IBM Cognos 10.2.1 and 10.2.1.1". It most certainly is compatible.

The first link contains sufficient documentation that should enable you to find the correct places for things you want to change. No, I don't know the exact file and am not particularly interested in finding it when you can look through the same stuff I would to find it for yourself. There may be other ways to customize the look/feel, but they could very easily break on the next upgrade.
