I'm in the process of migrating from 8.4 to 10.2. I'm going to a more standard setup of DEV/TEST/PROD environment, with multiple servers in each. As I build each server and environment and test things out, there are a few reboots along the way. Each time a server reboots, it sends out an email message with the subject "Test message from IBM Cognos Configuration." That's all well and good, but there is no identifying information to say which environment or server name. I would like to customize the message so that it says something like "Test message from Cognos TEST: %SERVERNAME%", replacing the servername with the actual name of the server.
I've looked at this link and in some of the files it refers to, but cannot identify what I need to change yet.
