Title: How can I schedule my reports twice a day ? 12AM and 12 PM?

Create two jobs, one for noon and one for midnight. Schedule them to run at the right times and add your report to each job.

Set the schedule to "By day" and then select the "Every xxx hours" option. Set the value to 12, then set the start time to 12:00 AM (and select "No end date")
