Title: How to fix "PromptPagingForward_Request ", asynchRun_Request Error Messages???

Hi Gurus,

Am getting the below error messages on server ,

RSV-SRV-0063 An error occurred while executing the 'PromptPagingForward_Request' command. RQP-DEF-0114 the user cancelled the request.


RSV-SRV-0063 An error occurred while executing the 'asynchRun_Request' command. RQP-DEF-0114 the user cancelled the request.

when i validate the report all the specifications are correct, but still this issue is raising.
can any one tell me how to fix them.

What version of Cognos 10 are you running? 10.2? Any fix packs?
