I am Creating conditional blocks,i am flow below link step by step

but i am problem when drog and drop conditional blocks in report surface
1.drop conditional-->block variable-->new voolean variable-->paramDisplayValu('parm')='List'
ok
now what next step

please i anybody explain me thanks
