I have a request where employees who have hired temp workers want 1 and only 1 email when their 'hours remaining" < 200. The email should only goto the managers of the employees impacted. The event should be checked everyday and send out an email. Employees may get multiple emails if they have more than one employee who meets the condition, but each employee should trigger one email.
I suggested a weekly burst, but the 2nd line managers do not want to clutter the inbox of the hiring managers if they have already been informed. So they want only one email sent to the managers.
