I have a requirement like.. I wanted to schedule the active report... but I don't to be email to my report... but I want to save this report in a specified location to access multiple users. why because Acitve report size. It will fill up the user email inbox.
Can you please help me on this.

In the schedule setup is an Options section. Check the box that says "override the default values", then check the box "save to the filesystem" and click the link "edit the options". The options in the Location dropdown are configurable by your server administrator.
Or you could save it in the content store and email the user a link, but then they will have to have access to Cognos Connection. Which kind of defeats the usual reason to use an Active Report. These selections are all in the Options section after you check "override the default values".
