Hi everyone,
I'm new to the SDK and am trying to figure out how to use it. I've downloaded and installed the SDK for BI 10.2.1, set the PATH variable to the JDK (1.8) and I've run the "build.bat" file for an SDK sample from the command prompt. I've received a notification saying that one of the java files is using a deprecated function, but I assume that it has built it OK...?
When I run the "run.bat" file, however, I get the following error:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: JVMCFRE003 bad major version; class=ExecReportsUI, offset=6
Any ideas? How do I get the SDK samples to run in my Cognos environment?
