Can anyone throw any light on this one...it's baffling me. I've got a chart in a report which has got Summarize Small Items optin set to "If less than 5% of item". When I run it to screen or PDF the chart renders as I expect it. When I run it as Excel the chart loses the summarisation and shows all of the categories on the x-axis. I've taken a couple of screenshots and put them into the attachment below. Is it possible to keep the summarisation in Excel?

I've had issues with excel before not keeping the format and in the end I chose another method.
There isn't much you can do to force excel to conform as it's a separate piece of software.
This probably isn't what you were wanting to hear. Hopefully someone else may have a solution.
