Hello,
Did you find a fix to this problem? I am currently having the same issue in Workspace Advanced Cognos 10.2.
I also followed ibm fix to add capabilities (Execute & Traverse ) to
IBM Cognos Adminstration -> Security -> Cability -> Report Studio
IBM Cognos Adminstration -> Security -> Cability -> Report Studio -> HTML Item in Report
Hi,
Has any progress been made with this, I have a similar sollution, someone is suggesting this is something to do with the IIS setup and duplicate hander mapping settings.
Hello,
I thought id add my sollution to this so it might benefit thr forum. THis looking issue seemed to be caused by multiple handler ISAPI files created during the IIS 7 setup. We recreated the default website from scratch making sure that the ISAPI handler mapping only existed at the CGI-BIN Application level. I hope this helps someone in the future.
