We've recently updated all our Cognos servers to 10.2.1.FP4 (we were having issues with the Dispatchers failing and having to be restarted every hour or so which now appears fixed) and I've noticed a strange issue with exporting and importing reports from the Content Administration page. When either exporting from the development server, or importing to the testing server, I'm having to do the export and the import exactly 3 times before it's successful. If I do it only once or twice it either doesn't create the export file or it simply doesn't import it. So far it's always worked on the third try. It always used to work first time prior to the update.

Found it...
Turns out it's the delay from clicking the button to actually getting the report package onto/off the server. For some reason it's taking longer than it used to (this may have been the result of some performance tuning done as part of the FP4 install).
So by the time I've done what I thought was the 3rd attempt the first had finally finished what it was doing.
