Title: Cognos Go Office

I have a PPT which I have created using Cognos Go Office... When I refresh all the slides, its successfully getting refreshed.

But When I am adding new slides to the PPT and refresh all the slides; I am getting IBM Cognos Ribbon Interface Error and the PPT disaapears or Vanishes without refreshing the slides.

Which version of cognos are you using?
