I am trying to create a dashboard using Cognos page. I am able to create them and make them interact with other portlets. but when I try to connect more than 2 portlets, I get some issues.
For example, I have a main bar chart with summary data and another bar chart with vendor details and a detail list report. When I click on a specific bar on the summary chart, I can have the detail chart change. when I try to click on the vendor chart and have the details associated with the specific vendor show up in the detail list report, it works but the main summary report also changes with it.
I am expecting to see the summary chart remain unchanged in the third step. How can I achieve this. Please let me know if am missing anything. It will be great if you can give me any document related to creating Dashboards
Steps followed to create communication between portlets:
Created a drill through relationship between bar chart 1 and barchart2 (detail)
Created a drill through relationship between bar chart2 and list report
Created a communication between these portlets.
