We RDP to our app server to access Analyst and CAC program. I start seeing this error (for all users) since one local Analyst admin changed the user permission on last Friday. Our NT admin corrected the permisions (gave read/write access to all Analyst users) using the following solution from IBM; however, that did not solve the problem. There is no Citrix or Shared folder involved. Our CP and CF environments have been working for last two years without any issues. Any ideas/suggestions?

Probably missed setting permissions on one or more files - it has to be for all files referenced from the filesys (e.g. the userlog files too). Make sure the permissions covered the file security and not just the share setup
We had to replace the UGR.BAK and UGR.TAB files from a three-day old 'working' backup. That solved the problem; however, users were able to open all objects except d-cubes. Apply the following solution, and everything were functioning again.
