Hi All,

I am facing the attached error "CNC-SDS-0413 There was a problem in executing the task"

When i searched the cause of this error, i came to know that the password of the user has been changed because of which the reports which are scheduled by that user are getting failed. i also found that the resolution for this error is renewing the credentials in cognos connection.

My question is , being an Administrator, is it possible for me to renew the credentials for that user ?

Is there any way by which we can automate the process of renewing the credentials in cognos connection when the user changes the windows login password.

Request you to guide me if this can be done. Thanks in advance.
