Title: How to mimic Associate to act like Grouping in Improptu
Post by: jkasuganti on 15 Sep 2005 03:27:57 PM
Here I am attaching a file with an example. I need the Associate to as like Grouping with out lossing distinct values.

Basically I need scenario 3.
In scenario 1 : Lot # 2 repeate.
In Scenario 2 : I loose value (It displays only .5 and .1 is missing)

All the data is coming from same table.

Thanks a lot

JK

Hi JK

I find it odd that you wish to group on a metric column such as 'value'. Anyway it is not my business.

If you group by Lot #1 and then by value and then associate the field Lot #2 to the 'Value' column you should see the expected results.
