Hi there, small issue with our new Active Directory namespace. The structure looks like this:

AD 1: Works and users can login SSO
AD 2: namespace is not active on cognos admin (can not click on it but it's visible)

I've doubled checked the configuration on my dispatcher and it's all good. I can only assume administrator must be logged into that namespace to be able to assign users but how do I assign an administrator in the first place, also is it possible to control both namespaces via a single admin user?

Solution: Login to both namespaces.
Login to the first and use the logon option at the top to login to the second one.
