Title: Unable to resolve the server's DNS address.

Dear Team.,
   I installed cognos bi server and started the service successfully. But am unable to generate the reports. When I select a campaign and click on finish am getting the below screen.... can anyone help me to resolve from this pleaseeeeee

first check if you can ping your bi server using the servers domain name.
you could try to include in your hosts file the ip address and domain name of your server.
