Title: Windows login account gets locked after logging out from Cognos Controller

Hello,

I am facing one weird problem here. Also, done some googling on it but did not get any satisfactory resolution.

When the Admin user is logging out of Controller (10.1.1) using the 'Log Out & Exit', or the 'Exit' or the simply window exit, he is constantly getting his windows account locked.

Even, I have tried to login as a Admin user and faced same problem twice. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Your help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Forgot to mentioned that it is just happening with an Admin user not with normal/regular users of Cognos Controller.  :-\

Has anyone knows about it or experienced it then please provide the solution.
