Yep - it sounds like your crypto keys for FM don't match the crypto keys for your Cognos BI server. Make sure your Cognos BI instance is up and running, then on your FM machine go to Start > Programs > IBM Cognos 10 > IBM Cognos Configuration
Select Environment on the left, and make sure that your Gateway URI and your Dispatcher URI for External Applications are both configured to point to the correct servers and port numbers for your Cognos BI instance. Then hit Save. If you get a row of green ticks, all is well and your problem should be fixed. If you get errors about being able to decrypt keys, you have deeper issues - post back here if so.
Cheers!
MF.

Hi,
If you didn't close and reopen FM since changing the configuration, you will need to sign in to the Cognos server. I'm guessing that these are the credentials it is asking for? Enter your normal credentials for accessing Cognos and see if this fixes things.
