Has anyone tried preventing auto page refresh of cognos reports.
While using cascading prompts for single values, Auto-submit property of parent prompt has to be set to 'Yes'.
In such case, if other prompts are not entered, cognos auto refreshes the page.
Is there any way to prevent from auto refreshing.

I believe the whole point of auto-submit is to DO an automatic refresh. Have you tried shutting that off, and putting in buttons instead? More specifically a "Prompt Button" with its type set to "reprompt". That gives the user the flexibility to refresh when they're ready to. Just a thought. Hope it helps some.
