Hi,

Are there possibilities to create this in Cognos Report Studios so there will be a drop down list in the exported excel file?

I dont think you can have this functionality in an exported excel report output.

Just curious, what is your exact end requirement? what do you need this for?

Hi,

Thanks for your answer.

It will be used as a work sheet for computers that has an ending of the lease period. Users have to choose from different actions on what to do with the equipment.
We might solve this by implementing this directly into our asset system instead.
