Hi All,
I have cognos tm1 10.1.1 installed on one machine where the os is windows 7 ultimate. The machine has 8GB of RAM of which about 4GB is in use, I am using the cognos pre supplied version of tomcat to host tm1web and performance modeller.
I can login into http://localhost:9510/pmpsvc/ successfully and can launch performance manager successfully from there, but performance modeller hangs if I try and do anything with it, such as create a simple time/generic dimension. No errors are recorded in the tomcat logs. I took a screenshot in case its of use..
Has anyone had this problem before? Any suggestions would be welcome...

Can you create an object in Architect and try to manipulate in PM? If it hangs, might try uninstall/install PM only.
I would say maybe just import the data, then get the users to come back and make a fresh account.
