Title: Cognos Application Server, Domain Controller on same Server

Hello Friends,

I have my cognos application installed on the same server which is our Domain controller as well.

Will this cause any problems in future. What is IBM recommentation on this.

Unless you are constrained by available servers, I would not generally share a server providing Active Directory services with an application server, Cognos or otherwise.

But, I think it will work alright if you do not have much choice.
