Title: show top 100 records

i want to rank my report by units sold...also want to show only 100 records....is there any one can help with this...

you can create a data item of rank([Units Sold]) for your query and add filter condition rank([Units Sold]) <= 100 to fetch top 100 records

topcount function also works

How would you go about setting this up to prompt the user to enter what the top rank should be, i.e top 25, top 30 etc.

In that case, code your filter like

rank([Units Sold]) <= ?FILTER?
