Title: Launch option is not visible in Users Cognos Connection

Hello All,

One of our user is not able to see 'Launch' menu/option in her Cognos Connection portal. I have added her in 'Consumers' Congos group as well but still she is unable to see it.

What I am doing wrong? In which Cognos group she should be a member of? Please suggest.

P.S: We have AD group configured in our Cognos 10.2 ENV.

Hi,

What groups or roles does the user belong to? Is it possible she is also a member of another group or role which explicity denoes capabilities?

If she is a Consumer then she would not have Launch because she wouldn't have rights to Query Studio, Report Studio, Workspace, etc. Am I missing something?
