My Project is Upgrade from Cognos 8.4 to Cognos 10.2 and Now When launching analysis studio in Cognos 10.2, it shows a window, Select a Package but user required to Bypass that window i.e., user is taken directly to analysis studio. How to do bypass that?

It is urgent.
Any studio will prompt for a package if one is not already in scope. You can put a package in scope by first navigating to the package folder, then launching Analysis Studio. Alternatively, if only one packageis available to the user then the prompt for a package doesn't happen.
This behaviour hasn't changed between Cognos 8 and Cognos 10.
