Assuming A New employee say "XYZ" joins the Organisation, I want the report to be generated and stored into a new NewsIndex for that Employee. How can this be achieved. Need Urgent help

NewsIndex? I think you might be posting in the wrong forum. NewsIndex was naming convention used for Upfront. ReportNet uses Cognos Connection.
