When editing saved query in Cognos 10.1.1, getting the following msg:
"You do not have permission to access this report. Please contact your system administrator."
Clicking on OK takes me back out of the query. Sometimes going back in works, other times it gives same msg and you have to do the process multiple times before it opens the query in Query Studio.
Has anybody encountered a similar situation and resolved it?

If the report is open and the package(s) are republished/overwritten then this will happen. You need to re link the report from the properties and also close the report when packages are being published.
