Can I export entire Dashboard from cognos workspace to single PDF? I am able to export individual reports to pdf versions. But I can't export entire dashboard to pdf.
is it possible by using cognos sdk .. if it possible please help me.

There isn't a PDF export option, no. There is a Print option though - you could send the workspace to a PDF print utility?

Hi MFGF,
yes, it is print option. but we can print only perticular widget. instead of print perticular widget i need to print all widgets in a dashboard.
is it possible by using cognos sdk.

I think you're misunderstanding. I am referring to the "Print this workspace" button on the toolbar of the workspace:

I think it depends on the Cognos version. We have Cognos 10.2 and we can only print the widgets
But there is an option
Use can use your browser Print capability to print your workspace
Use the Print Preview option to adjust settings including scaling and orientation to make your workspace fit on a printed page.
The browser print will print the current tab and the global area
You need to print each tab separately. Please see attached.

Even If i print the entire dashboard, it is not saving entire report as pdf. instead it just saving content of screen. is there any way to save entire dashboard report.
