Hi gurus,

user have created one report in his my folder, I am a administrator, how to see his my folder.

Hi,

You're the administrator? Did you take the admin training?

From the Admin console, you can navigate into the security namespace and find the user in there. Once you have located the user, you can click on their name and see their My Folders content.
